Profile:

One of my main specialist areas as a Lawyer is private Construction Law (Law on contracts for services). I offer a range of services from consultation throughout the course of construction through to the assertion of claims in court proceedings. I represent both clients and contractors.

Architectural Law is my second specialist area, in particular the examination of architect's contracts and advising on questions relating to professional fees.

I also represent property management companies on a broad range of issues from Tenancy Law through Joint Property Ownership Law and Contract Law. As a notary, my main emphasis is on Property Law (Law on the Purchase and Transfer of Property) as well as on Corporate Law and Inheritance Law. .
